How to cancel a parking, toll or mobility pass

General guidance for parking, toll and mobility passes: what happens if you do nothing, how to cancel, what to check and what to keep. It isn’t about any one company, so check your own contract for the details.

What happens if you do nothing

  • Auto top-up or renewals may continue.
  • Old vehicles or plates can remain attached to billing.

How to cancel, step by step

  1. Log in to the pass or account portal
  2. Open subscription or auto-top-up settings
  3. Cancel or disable auto-renewal
  4. Remove any saved payment method
  5. Confirm the pass end date

Checklist

  • Verify the registered vehicle/plate.
  • Disable auto top-up if not needed.
  • Confirm the next renewal or top-up trigger.

Watch out for

  • Some passes keep charging after a vehicle change unless updated.

When to start

Start about 14 days before the renewal date—earlier if there is a notice period, so you still have time to decide, compare and send your notice.

Documents to keep

  • Account screenshot
  • Vehicle/plate details

An email you can copy

Replace the parts in brackets. Send it to the address in your contract or on the provider’s contact page, and keep the reply.
