Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website comfortably. We make this statement voluntarily; it covers the website aploapps.com in English and German.
Our target
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2(opens in a new tab), conformance level AA. The website is designed to meet these requirements, including:
- sufficient color contrast in both the light and the dark color scheme
- keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator
- a clear heading structure, a “Skip to content” link and labeled navigation areas
- text alternatives for meaningful images
- no animations if your device is set to “Reduce Motion”
No external experts have audited the website yet.
Known limitations
- Screenshots of our apps show screen content as images. We describe them with text alternatives, but these do not reproduce every piece of text on the screen.
- The legal texts are long and contain technical terms that cannot always be avoided. We do not offer a plain-language version.
- Links to external sites—such as app stores or government agencies—lead to pages whose accessibility we cannot influence.
