About this page
On this page, we voluntarily explain how to reach us in connection with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services(opens in a new tab) (Digital Services Act, DSA).
Our services
Aplo Apps publishes apps on Apple’s App Store and operates this website. We do not operate social networks, marketplaces or any other services on which users upload and publicly share content. Content you create in our apps stays on your device or in your private cloud storage and is not stored on our servers.
In our assessment, we therefore do not provide intermediary services within the meaning of Art. 3(g) DSA, to which the obligations under Articles 11 and 12 DSA apply.
Single point of contact
We nevertheless designate a single point of contact as a precaution—for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (cf. Art. 11 DSA) as well as for recipients of our services (cf. Art. 12 DSA):

Communication is direct and electronic. Every message is read and handled by a person; we do not use purely automated replies.

- a short explanation of why you believe the content is illegal

We review every report promptly and carefully and will let you know the outcome.
