Delete your data from Renewal Radar: Cancel On Time

In short

Your content lives on your device or⁠—if you turn on sync⁠—also in your private iCloud storage. We have no access to this data, so you can delete it yourself, completely and at any time, without having to contact us.

• To delete data on iPhone and iPad, delete the app.
• To delete data in iCloud, use the iCloud settings of your Apple Account.
• The only data we usually hold is email you have sent us⁠—and you can ask us to delete that at any time, too.

Delete data on your device

On iPhone and iPad, deleting an app also removes all data it has stored locally on the device:

1. On the Home Screen, touch and hold the app icon until the menu opens.
2. Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
3. Confirm with Delete.

Alternatively, go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage), select the app and tap Delete App. Note that “Offload App” keeps your data.

Delete data in iCloud

If you used iCloud sync, your data is also stored in your private iCloud storage. It is best to delete the app on all devices where it is installed first, and then delete the data in iCloud:

1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap iCloud, then Manage Storage (or Manage Account Storage, depending on your iOS version).
3. Select Renewal Radar: Cancel On Time and tap the option to delete its data from iCloud.

On a Mac, you will find the same overview under System Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage. Exact labels may vary slightly between operating system versions. If you shared items via household sharing, it is best to stop sharing first.

Cancel subscriptions

Deleting an app or its data does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed exclusively by the respective store; we cannot cancel them for you.

App Store: cancel under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (Apple’s instructions⁠(opens in a new tab)).

Ask us to delete data

None of our apps offers a user account, so there is no account you would need to delete. If you would like us to delete data we hold⁠—usually just emails you have sent us⁠—write to info@aploapps.com and include:

• the name of the app (Renewal Radar: Cancel On Time)
• the email address you used to contact us
• optionally, a short description of your request

You’ll hear back from us⁠—usually within two business days⁠—with the next steps, and we confirm once the deletion is complete. We may ask you to verify that the request really comes from you. Any data we must keep by law is restricted from further use until the retention period ends, then deleted.
