Steps to cancel Uber One
- Open the Uber or Uber Eats app and go to Account.
- Tap Uber One, then Manage membership.
- Tap End membership and follow the prompts to confirm.
- Do this at least 48 hours before the billing date; inside that window you have to contact Uber support to avoid the next charge.

Signed up in Germany? The cancel button
If you live in Germany and signed up for Uber One directly on its website, German law has required businesses that let you sign up online to offer a cancellation button there since July 1, 2022. If a business doesn’t offer one, you may cancel at any time without notice.
Since June 19, 2026, contracts signed on a business’s website or app can also be withdrawn during the withdrawal period with a button such as “Vertrag widerrufen” (withdraw from contract). Withdrawing undoes a contract you just signed; it is not the same as canceling.
