Steps to cancel Sky TV (UK)
Of the three countries we check, offered in United Kingdom (as of September 25, 2026).
- Sign in to My Sky (sky.com/manage) and check the end date of your contract (minimum term) under Your package.
- Contact Sky to give notice. There is no cancel button in the help article: follow Sky’s Contact us route (sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky) to reach an adviser by chat or phone. You must give at least 31 days’ notice.
- Notice cannot end before the minimum term does. Leaving early can trigger early termination charges that are paid upfront.
- Keep your Direct Debit running until the final bill. Sky bills a month in advance, so a bill for the month ahead can still arrive, and any credit is refunded after about 45 days. Then return any Sky Q box or Stream puck as instructed.
