Steps to cancel NOW

Of the three countries we check, offered in United Kingdom (as of September 25, 2026).

1. On a computer or tablet, sign in at nowtv.com and open Membership & Payment in My Account (you cannot cancel inside the NOW app).
2. Pick the membership or add-on (Boost/Ultra Boost) and choose Cancel, then follow the prompts. Each membership has to be canceled separately.
3. You keep watching until the next payment date. On a Saver (minimum-term) plan the cancellation only takes effect when the minimum term ends, and payments continue until then.
4. If NOW is billed by Apple, cancel in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. For Amazon or EE TV, cancel with them.

Paying through Apple?

If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, Apple may bill you instead of the provider. Then you cancel in your iPhone or iPad settings, not with the provider and not inside the app.

Canceling an App Store subscription, per Apple

1. Open Settings and tap your name
2. Tap Subscriptions
3. Choose the subscription you want to end
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

For free trials, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
