Steps to cancel PlayStation Plus
- Sign in to PlayStation Account Management on the web and open Subscription.
- Choose PlayStation Plus and turn off auto-renew (Cancel Subscription).
- On PS5 you can also go to Settings › Users and Accounts › Account › Payment and Subscriptions › Subscriptions.
- You keep access until the current paid period ends.

Signed up in Germany? The cancel button
If you live in Germany and signed up for PlayStation Plus directly on its website, German law has required businesses that let you sign up online to offer a cancellation button there since July 1, 2022. If a business doesn’t offer one, you may cancel at any time without notice.
Since June 19, 2026, contracts signed on a business’s website or app can also be withdrawn during the withdrawal period with a button such as “Vertrag widerrufen” (withdraw from contract). Withdrawing undoes a contract you just signed; it is not the same as canceling.
