Steps to cancel Just Eat+
Of the three countries we check, offered in United Kingdom (as of September 25, 2026).
- In the Just Eat app or website, open your My Just Eat+ page.
- Tap Request Cancellation. This only works within 14 days of buying the pass.
- Any free deliveries you used lower the refund, and using Just Eat+ Credit makes the fee non-refundable.
- Once the 14 days are over you can’t cancel. The pass just runs out on its expiry date, which is shown on My Just Eat+ and at checkout.
