Steps to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
- Sign in at account.adobe.com and open Plans and payment.
- Choose Manage plan on the plan, then Cancel your plan › Continue to cancel, pick a reason and Confirm cancellation; each plan is canceled separately. If a payment is processing, wait 24 hours first.
- Before confirming, check the plan type: on an annual plan paid monthly, canceling after day 14 triggers an early termination fee.
- If you subscribed in an Adobe iOS app, cancel instead in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

Paying through Apple?
If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, Apple may bill you instead of the provider. Then you cancel in your iPhone or iPad settings, not with the provider and not inside the app.
Canceling an App Store subscription, per Apple
- Open Settings and tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Choose the subscription you want to end
- Tap Cancel Subscription
For free trials, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Signed up in Germany? The cancel button
If you live in Germany and signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud directly on its website, German law has required businesses that let you sign up online to offer a cancellation button there since July 1, 2022. If a business doesn’t offer one, you may cancel at any time without notice.
Since June 19, 2026, contracts signed on a business’s website or app can also be withdrawn during the withdrawal period with a button such as “Vertrag widerrufen” (withdraw from contract). Withdrawing undoes a contract you just signed; it is not the same as canceling.
