Steps to cancel TIDAL
- Sign in at account.tidal.com.
- Open the Subscription section.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- If you pay through Apple, cancel in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions (Google Play and telecom partners are canceled with them).

Paying through Apple?
If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, Apple may bill you instead of the provider. Then you cancel in your iPhone or iPad settings, not with the provider and not inside the app.
Canceling an App Store subscription, per Apple
- Open Settings and tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Choose the subscription you want to end
- Tap Cancel Subscription
For free trials, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Signed up in Germany? The cancel button
If you live in Germany and signed up for TIDAL directly on its website, German law has required businesses that let you sign up online to offer a cancellation button there since July 1, 2022. If a business doesn’t offer one, you may cancel at any time without notice.
Since June 19, 2026, contracts signed on a business’s website or app can also be withdrawn during the withdrawal period with a button such as “Vertrag widerrufen” (withdraw from contract). Withdrawing undoes a contract you just signed; it is not the same as canceling.
