Steps to cancel Fitbit Premium
Fitbit Premium is now called Google Health Premium.
- Work out who bills you: Google Store, Google Play, Apple, or a Google One plan.
- For Google Store: sign in at store.google.com, open your profile › Subscriptions › Google Health Premium, then cancel.
- For Google Play: Google Health app › Settings › Google Health Premium › Cancel membership, then confirm in Play.
- Deleting the app does not cancel it. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel it on your iPhone instead: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, pick the service, then Cancel Subscription.

Paying through Apple?
If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, Apple may bill you instead of the provider. Then you cancel in your iPhone or iPad settings, not with the provider and not inside the app.
Canceling an App Store subscription, per Apple
- Open Settings and tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Choose the subscription you want to end
- Tap Cancel Subscription
For free trials, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Signed up in Germany? The cancel button
If you live in Germany and signed up for Fitbit Premium directly on its website, German law has required businesses that let you sign up online to offer a cancellation button there since July 1, 2022. If a business doesn’t offer one, you may cancel at any time without notice.
Since June 19, 2026, contracts signed on a business’s website or app can also be withdrawn during the withdrawal period with a button such as “Vertrag widerrufen” (withdraw from contract). Withdrawing undoes a contract you just signed; it is not the same as canceling.
